Hi Gery, The plan is to include new talent in the sailing team in the future but we already sail with a great number of sailors, talents like Darren Bundock, Glen Ashby (ranked no.1 in the Tornado world rankings) and Hugh Styles in our Extreme 40 campaign. In addition, our support team also includes a number of aspiring pro sailors, where we encourage and grow new talent in the areas of boat building, sail design, electronics, navigation, etc.
